After I figured out that it was only the trigger that was broken on my V11, its was so good to find this part and step-by-step YouTube video. It was pretty straightforward to do the repair myself but I do suggest you buy the screwdrivers from them as well.
The trigger is much stronger than the original and the instructional video was battled and easy to follow

The replacement Strong Power Trigger Switch is working well. I am however disappointed that a Dyson product (V10) was sold with such weak (failure prone) original part. I am unable to comment on the long term reliability of the Strong Power Trigger Switch.
