Battery, motor and cleaner head are checked one by one. Only near-new or lightly used parts go on to be refurbished.
Every component is taken apart, deep cleaned, cosmetically refreshed and thoroughly sanitised. We keep genuine Dyson parts and generally don't fit third-party parts.
Every unit must pass testing before it ships. We're a family business: the owner packs and sends your order.
