Great item, only wish there was a more detailed instruction video as it quite hard to follow

Excellent part - good value

Really happy with the quality of the part and it arrived quickly! No complaints there at all.

Installation is a different story: this one is genuinely tricky and requires some specific tools, so go in with your eyes open. Vac Revive's YouTube tutorial is a helpful companion for the repair, and the guy in the video is lovely, though it's worth noting the presenter moves fairly quickly and the camera work can be hard to follow at the more technical steps. If you're new to vacuum repairs, you may need to pause and rewind a few times. Future videos could be improved by assuming the viewer is a dummy who has zero vacuum repair experience, and really break down the steps more slowly and intentionally.

It would also be great if the tools required were listed at the point of purchase; or better yet, optionally supplied with the part. Small improvement that would make the whole experience a lot smoother.

Minor gripes aside, solid product and good service. Would buy from them again.

The Challenge

Well item arrived very quickly and well packaged. Then the fun began. Replacing the item stretched one's patience and persistence. After much effort and the odd word got there. Guess Dyson should provide some online guidance?
