New motor for V11

Non-mechanically minded person here. When my Dyson stopped working I thought it may be a easy fix and jumped on youtube. I came across vacrevive videos which helped me diagnose the issue and recommended to replace the motor instead of the whole unit. Part came and I replaced the motor, also with the help of more videos and now have a working Dyson again at a fraction of the cost of a new one. 100% recommend!

Go the extra mile

I bought a reconditioned motor for my Dyson V11 absolute extra and used VacRevive’s excellent YouTube video to replace it. Sadly the vacuum cleaner still didn’t work and they asked me to return the motor provided by them and the main body to see what the problem was. They will then check everything out and return it to me fully working. All they requested was that I pay the postage. Now THAT is service plus!! Thanks guys - 10/10 from me!! Would highly recommend you to all and sundry!!
