This was the best purchase I made.
Why?
Reason 1, After several years in service, V11 hardware and software had been bug free.
Reason 2, Vac Revive carefully cleaned and tested the used V11, it made the the 2nd handed item like a new vacuum. Which is value for money.
3. With $50 extra than V10, you also get a genuine Dyson click type battery, that's $120 worth.
I am stunned and so happy with this purchase. It is nothing short of fantastic to have our V11 back and it is just like brand new (I keep looking wondering how they make a refurbished machine look and work so perfectly). I would highly recommend this company if your Dyson dies because we didn’t need to replace any of the attachments and there was no being forced by a Dyson repairer trying to talk you into a new MORE EXPENSIVE product. Thank you the price and service was good and delivery was quick and easy.
