Refurbished Dyson vacuum and tested parts on the VacRevive workbench

What is arefurbished Dyson?

A refurbished VacRevive Dyson is a near-new genuine machine that has been graded, stripped down, deep cleaned and tested before it reaches you.

Our refurbishing process

From graded stock to your door

Five steps every refurbished machine goes through before it is listed.

  1. 01

    Graded sourcing

We don't collect used vacuums ourselves. Our stock comes through a specialist industrial supply chain, where every machine is pre-graded and only the best are selected.

  2. 02

    Strict condition grades

Most machines reach us barely used. We sell just two grades: Excellent looks practically unused, Good has been used only a few times.

    • Excellent
    • Good
  3. 03

    Near-new core parts

Battery, motor and cleaner head are checked one by one. Only near-new or lightly used parts go on to be refurbished.

    • Battery
    • Motor
    • Cleaner head
  4. 04

    Full strip-down & sanitise

Every component is taken apart, deep cleaned, cosmetically refreshed and thoroughly sanitised. We keep genuine Dyson parts and generally don't fit third-party parts.

    • Genuine Dyson parts
  5. 05

Tested, then shipped by the owner

Every unit must pass testing before it ships. We're a family business: the owner packs and sends your order.
