Common Repairs
- Trigger replacement (Dyson V10 / V11): $80 AUD (labour included; return postage extra)
- Motor replacement: part cost + $10 fitting fee (reasonable labour; no surprises)
- Filter replacement: we only charge the filter price if that’s all that’s needed (no extra labour for simple swaps)
Tip: If a V11 High Torque head stops/starts or only runs on Boost, the issue is often the main motor (low voltage under load), not the head. We’ll diagnose properly before you spend on parts.

Dyson Repair FAQs (V6–V11)
Which Dyson models do you repair?
We repair cordless Dyson V6, V7, V8, V10, and V11. We don’t service V15 main unit(and newer), Big Ball, Upright, or other brands.
My Dyson pulses on and off. Is it the motor?
Often it’s just airflow or filters. A clogged pre-filter or blocked cyclone can cause pulsing. We check filters first, then battery and motor voltage under load.
V11 head not spinning — do I need a new head?
Not always. A genuine High Torque head draws significant power. If it only runs on Boost, the main motor may be under-volting. We’ll diagnose before you spend on a head.
Do you replace Dyson triggers and batteries?
Yes. V10/V11 trigger replacement is $80 (labour incl.). We also fit batteries and advise on genuine vs reputable aftermarket options.
How fast is the turnaround?
Assessment is quick; many services are completed within a few business days after approval. Shipping times depend on your location.
